This deeply relaxing treatment is specially designed to target the root causes of tension headaches, a tight scalp, and upper body aches. Cupping has been used for centuries and is a very effective treatment. Used to treat tight fascia and muscle. Increasing circulation and improving movement. Great at targeting pain and tightness. This session can be on 1 area or multiple. Please talk to your therapist about your requirements as time maybe adjusted .

The long Hopi candle is placed inside your ear and lit at the top. It takes 5-10mins to burn down each candle . You will hear a soothing crackling noise during this time. You do not feel any heat.

I'm a massage therapist for 21 years. Previously mobile then based in Dewsbury sports centre for 10 years. I now have my own premises on Bradford Road, Dewsbury (access via Carr St, private parking) — serving Dewsbury, Wakefield, Batley, Heckmondwike and the wider area.

Had a bespoke treatment from the lovely attentive Sara, what can I say isn’t enough . My bespoke massage, cupping and red light all in one treatment. With a hot stone massage blended with dry cupping and red light therapy while I laid there , I was suffering from severe leg pain a lot, due to chemo and radiotherapy but the red light therapy with Neals yard products (which smells divine) exceptional. as well as very relaxing, soothing and relieving, hot stone massage and cupping , The special bespoke blend has revived me and I will be returning again for another Bespoke treatment.
